DLIMIT™ makes the following conditions available to regulate purchases made through this website.
Shipping and Delivery Times:
FREE SHIPPING from €150
For orders under €150, a shipping fee of €8 + VAT (€9.68) will be applied.
The delivery time is 3 to 7 working days.
The DLIMIT™ team will contact the customer in case of any changes.
Holiday Period (Deliveries):
Orders received from 07/08 will be delivered starting from 26/08.
Orders received from 18/12 will be delivered starting from 06/01.
Orders
By placing an order through this website, the Customer makes a request to purchase the selected products under these General Sales Conditions.
Products are offered on this website within the limits of available quantities. If your order exceeds the stock, you will be informed immediately.
Order Confirmations
With the acceptance of these General Sales Conditions, orders placed online and confirmed by DLIMIT™ will constitute a binding and fully effective contract between the parties.
DLIMIT™ reserves the right to reject orders due to force majeure or in case of non-payment.
The information recorded by DLIMIT™ is absolute proof of the order and all transactions. The information recorded by the payment system is absolute proof of financial transactions.
If the contracted product is not available, the Customer will be informed immediately, and the amount paid will be refunded within less than fifteen (15) business days from such communication.
Regarding the above point, DLIMIT™ may offer, without an increase in price, a product with similar characteristics that has the same or superior quality. In this case, the Customer can also exercise their termination rights under the same terms as if it were the initially requested item.
Prices
The prices to be paid for the items the Customer requests are those shown on this website at the time the Customer places their order, and detailed in the order confirmation, including VAT or any other applicable tax, shipping costs, or any other fees. The Customer can also check the prices on dlimit.net.
The charge corresponding to shipping costs will be invoiced based on the rates indicated in the purchase guide.
Applicability of the General Sales Conditions
Each order placed with DLIMIT™ via the Internet will be governed by these General Sales Conditions. By placing an order, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted, without any reservation, these General Sales Conditions, so we remind you of the importance of reading them carefully.
DLIMIT™ reserves the right to modify these General Sales Conditions by publishing an updated version on this same page, which will apply to all orders placed after DLIMIT™ publishes the new version of its General Sales Conditions on the website.

The Customer guarantees the truthfulness and accuracy of the data provided during the purchase, avoiding causing harm to DLIMIT™ due to inaccuracies in the same.
The Customer commits to paying the price of the contracted products.
Non-compliance with any of these Sales Conditions may lead to the rejection of the order by DLIMIT™ without prior notice to the Customer and without giving rise to any compensation.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These General Sales Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and any conflict or discrepancy in their interpretation or application will be submitted to the Courts and Tribunals that, in each case, the applicable legal regulations designate in terms of competent jurisdiction, considering, for final consumer customers, the place of fulfillment of the obligation or the domicile of the consumer.
In the case where the Customer is a company, both parties expressly waive any other jurisdiction and submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.
