Steps for customizing the ribbons:

STEP 1 – Request from the client

The client will send us an email defining the characteristics of the ribbon that needs to be customized:

Ribbon length – According to our products.
Ribbon color – If it is a specific color, send RAL, PANTONE or HEX code.
Logo or image – If the ribbon requires it, send a file in vector format *.ai, *.pdf, *.eps. Pixel files or images (the only valid format is transparent .png) must be sent in CMYK, with a minimum height of 5 cm, a minimum resolution of 300 dpi (dots per inch) and without an embedded color profile. Logos copied from websites or a scanned letterhead cannot be used.
Text to be entered (If the ribbon requires it, send the file of the specific font. If the client does not define it, we reserve the right to choose the font).
One or two sides (Define whether the graphic to be printed is on one or both sides of the tape).

STEP 2 – Proposal by DLIMIT

Dlimit will send an email with a graphic design proposal in *.pdf so that the client can see the location and approximate measurements of their request. If the proposal is on two sides, we will try to ensure that the graphic does not match on both sides, to avoid transparencies and reading problems in the final print.

STEP 3 – Confirmation by the client
Send an email with a response to the proposal. If the answer is:

Yes, we will proceed to print the proposal sent.
If not, the client will explain what the problem is or what we can improve and Dlimit will send a new proposal with another version of the ribbon.

STEP 4 – Printing

With an affirmative response by email, the project will go to the production queue and will be done as soon as possible.

Our prints are made using the sublimation technique. It is the method that over the years has provided us with the highest quality and durability in printing.

Dlimit reserves the right to slightly change the measurements of the proposal to optimize the printing process and improve the final result.
